I wasn't happy with the way the I was treated by PA. Every one else was nice and friendly but the PA I saw wouldn't let me finish a thought, kept interrupting me. Kept saying.. 'What do they think we can do for you here?" I said 'my surgeon sent me for cronic pain management without narcotics; if you can't help me I can leave!" I also said, "You keep interrupting me and won't let me finish what I am saying!" She also accused me of badmouthing my Dr... which I wasn't! I was just saying what my Surgeon told me. Appointments with Dana are always good. She is always pleasant and empathetic to my condition at that moment. She is a true asset to Hartford Hospital Pain Treatment.Dr. Knopf is also a wonderful and kind doctor.I have one area I wish they would revise. This is the number of surveys they ask their patients to complete. I often find some of these repetitive of one another.

Very efficient Dr.and the Arn. Are competitive every times I have an appointment always get me to the dr on time,and my medications are on time at my pharmacy. Very professional. In the beginning I have a problem with my medications and it was an misunderstanding but I spoke with the person in charge and everything get resolved. Highly recommend. ??‍♀️
