Was referred to pain clinic by my orthopedist and met with Lauren. Absolute pleasant visit. Took her time going over diagrams and my MRI. What I liked was she valued my input on how to treat my problem. Very informative visit. Thank you Joe.
The staff is wonderful. Dr Knopp is very knowledgeable and patient. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. I have felt very comfortable and confident with any injections he has given me. And Erica Falger has been such a tremendous help to me. She remembers her patients, is very personable and relatable. She cares about the patient as a whole, physically and emotionally. Pain can be very exhausting and depressing so it’s nice to know someone is looking out for you. I wasn't happy with the way the I was treated by PA. Every one else was nice and friendly but the PA I saw wouldn't let me finish a thought, kept interrupting me. Kept saying.. 'What do they think we can do for you here?" I said 'my surgeon sent me for cronic pain management without narcotics; if you can't help me I can leave!" I also said, "You keep interrupting me and won't let me finish what I am saying!" She also accused me of badmouthing my Dr... which I wasn't! I was just saying what my Surgeon told me.
