My regular massage therapist was on holiday so I took a chance with making a same-day appointment at In Touch. The receptionist was warm, excited to book me and professional.
Kasha was my therapist. She’d clearly read my intake form and was prepared to deliver. I’d requested firm pressure and she was consistent throughout, her attention to my scalp, base of my skull, and shoulders was excellent as requested. I was in the mood to relax and zone out and she matched my energy - no talking. I selected lavender oil for my aromatherapy and was heavenly. Hours later I could still feel the absence of tension in my muscles. I’ve booked a 90-minute massage for next month 😉

My mother was suffering from carpal tunnel's syndrome for twenty years and was able to sleep a full night after two visits and the healing is still going!!!!
