It’s been one year since I joined IGNITE Fitness, at the insistence of my PCP, and I am so glad I did! My doctor believed I needed to increase the amount of exercise I was getting in order to improve my overall health, and to maintain and/or improve my bone density. In addition to helping slow down the downward spiral of my bone density scores, my joints are much less painful, and I feel much stronger when I go about my daily tasks. My trainer has worked with me, meeting me where I am, adjusting workouts for the injuries that are part of life, and guiding me on nutrition concerns. IGNITE is a safe environment, where everyone is welcome, no matter your abilities. Patrons encourage and support one another, guided by their amazing coaches. I have never liked going to the gym, and I wish there was an easier way to stay fit, but the staff and community at Ignite Fitness have turned this commitment to my health into something I look forward to. Plus, I love the feeling of accomplishment after each session, and the improved, good health that I have found. Come check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Ignite Fitness! The trainers are incredibly supportive and truly meet you where you are, especially if you’re navigating an injury or returning to movement after one (which I have had my fair share of!).
They are exceptionally knowledgeable and take the time to understand complex injuries, not just work around them. Every workout feels intentional, safe, and tailored, which builds both confidence and strength. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or pushed beyond what’s appropriate, just genuinely supported.
They have also built an incredible community too, something that you can't get with big box gyms!
If you’re looking for trainers who are skilled, thoughtful, and deeply invested in your well-being, Ignite Fitness is it.

I began training at Ignite two years ago because it offered the expert support in a small gym environment that I was looking for. I’ve noticed a significant increase in strength and endurance. I’ve been able to set and meet goals alongside a great group of trainers and other members.

Kim and Alex along with their great staff have built a super model. Everybody is friendly and supportive which has rubbed off the members themselves. Most of the members know each other on a first name basis and genuinely get along. I really don’t like working out all the time but Ignite's staff keeps me coming in. Thank you, Bob D.

I have been going to Ignite for 6 years. The trainers keep me engaged. It’s a different vibe than a normal gym. With small groups doing either class or semiprivate training. It keeps it fresh and upbeat. I look forward to my morning Ignite start to my day and recommend to anyone looking for motivation to get into shape!

Ignite has been the best 'gym'/fitness club I have ever joined. I have been a member for 6 years and can't imagine ever changing. The combination of a variety of excellent trainers, the flexibility, the friendly and supportive atmosphere and the sense of community all contribute to this. During COVID they quickly pivoted to a remote model and it became the best part of my day. Post COVID they kept the remote option which many members use either 100% or occasionally. You can log in from anywhere (home with 6 inches of snow outside, from your vacation or business trip) and join remotely.
The coaches are all very skilled and friendly and meet you where you are. If you are focused a building strength, trying to drop a few pounds, recovering from an injury or just need to ease back into things after a break they will skillfully accommodate your needs. I also like that I can add classes in and/or use the cardio machines when I want a little extra.
At the moment I am coming back from a bit of a break (but know I am stronger than I ever have been) and looking forward to getting back to strength training and seeing my workout buddies.
If you have been thinking about joining a gym/fitness club I highly recommend you give Ignite a try! You won't regret it !!

Absolutely love Ignite Fitness! The coaching is fabulous and tailored to my individual needs and goals. A most welcome place for all ages. I joined 2 years ago to work on strength and stamina to help me prepare for hiking the Camino in France and Spain. Two years later I continue to be coached 2 times a week by 2 different amazing coaches and I also attend 2 evening classes a week. The many offered classes are drop in and never crowded. All the coaches are highly knowledgeable, encouraging and fun to work with! The community is wonderful- I look forward every week to seeing my follow fitness friends. As a woman in my 60s I feel very comfortable- joining Ignite Fitness has greatly improved my physical strength and mental wellbeing! Highly recommend !!!!

I had been training with Kim for years before Ignite opened and was thrilled that she was opening her own gym. She has always been supportive, attentive and a positive and motivating personality as a trainer and has surrounded herself with a staff who follows her strong example. I have definitely gained strength and have tried many new things during my time at ignite. Maybe my favorite aspect of ignite is the community and the friends I have made there over the years. Anytime I set foot in the gym it’s a time to workout but it’s also a time to socialize and to laugh. I would highly recommend ignite to anyone who needs a bit of help with their fitness and wants to be accepted for who they are and how they want to grow in their fitness journey.
