Soon after renting out an investment property to tenants in West Hartford, the basement flooded - and a few days before Christmas at that! I live in California and feel fortunate to have connected with Nico. Nico and his crew replaced all the sheetrock in the ceiling and 2 walls, replaced the flooring, new trim, added insulation, did some plumbing repairs, paint, etc and put it all back together cleanly - now back to a useable space and looking even better than before.
