Rupal and Nana (owner and lead coordinator) have been both very kind, professional, compassionate, thoughtful and welcoming ! They enthusiastically welcomed my advocating for my Mom and forwarding as many details that I could come up with about what works for her and what kind of caregiver we were seeking. I felt heard and supported from the first conversation. And then the first caregiver they found possessed the very traits I specified! I had a great experience with Home Instead. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on providing excellent service. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything met expectations. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of their work. I’ve had a chance to interact with Home Instead West Hartford, and what really stood out to me was their caregivers. You can tell they put a lot of thought into who they bring onto their team.
The caregivers come across as patient, kind, and very respectful in how they speak and act. It doesn’t feel rushed or like they’re just trying to get through tasks. They take the time to be present, which makes a big difference in this kind of work. You can see that they understand how important trust is in these situations.
