Top-notch. Not only do they have a wide selection of frames at many different price points, but the opticians who work there are highly-skilled and personable. Turnaround time is rapid. There are discounts based on various associations or insurance.

I called this shop after a lenscrafters shop really damaged my expensive pair of sunglasses, to inquire if anything could be done to fix them. The woman I spoke with at Harvey & Lewis was professional, polite and empathetic to my distress at having an expensive pair of sunglasses chipped and scratched by a mall lenscrafters shop. While these cannot be fixed, the employee at Harvey & Lewis was knowledgeable regarding how to avoid damaging frames when fixing them, in accordance with an old and trusted establishment. In the future, I will not be taking my expensive frames to any mall shop like lenscrafters for repairs, and will be relying on established shops such as Harvey & Lewis.

I had a wonderful experience with Harvey and Lewis in West Hartford! Dr. Metz and Svitlana were very attentive, professional, thorough. Svitlana has a great sense of style and is very helpful in choosing the frames (the store has impressive selection)!
