The Dr's are great. The receptionists make the experience cold as ice. No eye contact, talk like robots, so cold. Come team, we're all humans, we can be nice to each other.

Dr. Kugelman is the best and took us almost right as we walked in. Super easy process and she explained everything very well and no rush at all. Easy access through the parking garage and a beautiful building with friendly people

I'm going to try to help clear up some of the reviews here. I've been going here for a year or two, and the receptionist(s) named in the negative reviews no longer work there. The current receptionists are super nice and lovely people. Some other negative reviews mention difficulty scheduling appointments due to the office being busy - that's a completely normal thing for almost any medical office and it would be quite hard to find one of a similar type without that issue. Another mentions the practice not accepting new patients unless there is a familial relation - again, super routine for any medical office.
