I will be honest up front: This was my only experience hiring someone for flooring. We got quotes from multiple places though, and ultimately went with Epstein based on local recommendations, how knowledgeable and friendly they were, and the fact that their price lined up with what I was expecting. One of the quotes we received was from a big box store, and I do not recommend. On top of taking forever to receive, their specialist told us they couldn't do something that Epstein said was absolutely no issue.
