I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Dalene Flooring. I called on a Thursday and inquired about refinishing the floors in one bedroom in our house. The gentleman I spoke to was able to arrange to come see the project the very next day in the morning. He was extremely professional on the phone and in person. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He promised that we would have a quote by that afternoon. Sure enough, we received an email quote that was very easy to understand. When we called that same day to say that we'd like to move forward, he explained that we would need to sign a document which he would send right over.... read full review

Absolutely wonderful experience with Dalene. Jessica La Mesa was fantastic to work with. So helpful. Thank you. Wayne the installer was also fantastic. Kept me informed of the process and kept me in the loop throughout. I highly recommend them.
