Terrible business. I purchased a screen protector and soon realized it was too thick for the phone screen, it didn’t allow the thumb print to unlock the phone. I went back to change it and before I could fully explain the issue, I was interrupted multiple times because they were rushing to close. They kept cutting me off, as I tried to explain how I wasn’t able to unlock my phone and I can’t go home without having access to it. Finally he goes to take the screen protector off (rudely) but then tried to keep it WITHOUT giving me a refund. My iPhone screen was cracked so I went to Cell Doc for service. The person at the stand, who wears glasses and has a bald spot, said he could replace my old screen with a new one for $200. I asked why it was so expensive and he replied that iPhones weren’t cheap, nor were their parts. He asked me how much I thought it would be and I replied, at least half, to which he laughed at, again emphasizing that iPhone products were expensive. He made his point, and I reluctantly decided to proceed with the service, which in was $223.34 in total. It took about 25 mins and he added a bonus screen protector.
