Vinny and Calvin are great to work with! We just replaced our 25 year old Electrolux, after a brief try with Miele (do NOT recommend), with a platinum canister and the cordless to replace our obsolete Dyson (again, do NOT recommend). They took our old canister in as a trade in and hooked us up with automatic replacement of filters on both new vacuums. I highly recommend this store.
We have the air purifying system in our house and we absolutely love it - our house is much cleaner (no dust) and it helps with allergies as well. We just had the water purifying system put in and wow! What a difference. It tastes so much better and my skin feels so much better. I will never go back to bottled water ever again. The customer service is outstanding. They care about their customers and make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. I also have their vacuum cleaner that I love. I won’t use anything else. Highly recommend this company and the people who work there.
Aerus West Hartford - In our main living area, we have the Aerus Beyond, while the Angel is set up in our bedrooms. With numerous children frequently visiting, often with colds, we have managed to avoid getting sick. Additionally, several guests have come over only to later discover they had the flu, yet we remained unaffected. I truly believe in the effectiveness of this air purification product, and I've noticed a significant reduction in dust as well. The air in my home feels lighter and fresher.
