I did my homework. Researched online. Went to showrooms. Had various salespeople give presentations in my home. I was clear about what mattered most to me. Price was important, and quality and reputation even more so. My conclusion: The Okna brand windows were my top choice for quality, workmanship, design and competitive price; and Action Windows and Siding of West Hartford was the company I wanted to do business with. Straightforward and honest presentations by both Lenny (manager) and Greg (salesperson). Awesome experience. We had whole house OKNA windows and a patio door installation. The quality of the windows is very high and they look great. The delivery was on time as promised. The owner of the company is very responsive and easy to work with. Leonid was doing our installation and he did an amazing job. I am a very picky customer and I am happy with his work. He worked long days regardless the weather, addressed all our requests and respected the property. Highly recommended ?

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! High quality windows, expert craftsmanship and incredible service! The installers are exceptional! Could not get over the quality of their work. This is the go to place for windows. Thank you Greg and team! You guys are AMAZING!
