Steve Abbate is exceptional! He recently provided a home inspection for me and was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. Steve was committed to ensuring that all of my questions were answered clearly and with detail.
Steve was very professional. We scheduled the inspection with ease and in a very timely manner. He made the inspection experience comfortable, informative, and helpful. He answered all questions we had. 10/10 would use Steve again for a home inspection! But hopefully not for a while seeing as we are buying the home he inspected! :)
I have recommended Steve to multiple clients for home inspections. As I watched him inspect a house today, I was again impressed by how thorough and professional he is. He takes the time to walk buyers through his findings in a clear, patient way, answers questions on the spot, and makes sure they understand both the issues and the overall condition of the home. I confidently recommend him.
