I’ve never seen a company that went above and beyond and definitely didn’t have to. Today I woke up and realized some bears destroyed and dragged garbage all over mine and my neighbor‘s yard. And of course we missed the garbage Pick up by like 15 minutes so we figured we’d have to wait another week which sucks cause both our garbage cans were full. So first after all this, my husband went out and picked it all up plus the neighbors. The recycling guy came picked up our recycling. I watched him drive down the street my sister-in-law lives next-door. She must’ve forgot to put her recycling out. My mother & I both use Rocco for our trash & recycling. My mom just had knee surgery last week so she has not had anything in her bins, so it wasn’t brought to the curb. I just saw on the ring camera the gentleman get out of his truck to go check the bins on the side of my moms house. This is so appreciated and above & beyond their service. Thank you!!

Absolutely the best trash company, hands down. Not only are their rates cheaper than USA’s, but everyone we’ve spoken to has been incredibly polite and friendly. My husband and I both forgot to put our trash and recycling bins out, and they still stopped, got out of the truck, grabbed our bins, emptied them, and even put them back. Truly amazing service. If you haven’t switched your trash provider yet, you should do it right away.
