“Adam Maynard gave me a quote for a tricky repair of a roof attached to a chimney of our workshop that was wrecked by a fallen tree after a storm. I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. He and his assistant were friendly. They picked after the job. I highly recommend Maynard Roofing!!“

“We moved into our home and realized that water was accumulating in certain spots of our back yard after heavy rain. We contacted Mike from Home Solutions. He came up with a plan using French drains. The cost was very reasonable. The workmanship was excellent! When we got a heavy rain the areas where the water was accumulating were dry. We decided to put another 40 feet of French drain in our back yard. Mike came up and did this for us - again great workmanship. Mike did not want to charge us but we insisted.
