This is my first time using Neighborhood Chimney. These guys were great. They called before arrival and showed up on time. They were very friendly and polite. They did a full cleaning of both the wood stove and furnace and did a great job and completely cleaned up the entire area before leaving. . The price was very reasonable and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything extra, they recognized an issue that I have known about for years and gave me a fair price for repairs. I will use them in the spring for that repair. If anyone asks, I will recommend them.

We contacted Neighborhood Chimney Services for a fireplace chimney cleaning and were very pleased with all they did. Calling ahead to alert us to their arrival (within the time originally scheduled), their employees were courteous, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions we had and resolve some issues we faced. When they discovered that our chimney did not actually need cleaning, we were only charged for an inspection. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their chimney serviced.

We have used Neighborhood Chimney Services for years. They are always reliable and professional. They found a few cracks in our fireplace when cleaning it and instead of insisting we spend money to replace it, they take pictures and tell us we can keep watching it. I also love that they clean oil tanks which saves us from having to call someone else for a separate service.
