“I spoke with Desiree in the office, she was knowledgeable and friendly. Stan came to my home and got the job done within a weeks notice. Pleasure to work with as a whole would recommend.Services: Electrical wiring installation”
“Lenny is an excellent electrician. I had a somewhat complicated project that needed done to get my house up to code. Multiple electricians came to provide quotes, and almost all of them either said the job was too complex for them or provided me an outrageous quote for the service. Not Lenny, though. Right away, he figured out a reasonable solution to my problem that he managed to complete in a day and a half. The whole time, he was communicative and professional, and charged me a very fair price. I'd highly recommend anybody in the area to go with him.”
“Miele Electric just finalized the installation of our 24KW Generac. Carl’s service start to finish of this project exceeded our expectation. He was very transparent and thoroughly outlined the work during the quote process and the cost was very competitive. Once we committed, it was a turn key process. He coordinated the natural gas hook up with an excellent plumber. He personally completed the wiring, filing of the permit, and Town inspections. His attention to detail was exemplary. He proactively kept us informed. At every step, we felt very well informed. In these times of unreliable or unresponsive contractors, it was so refreshing to deal with the owner of the company who has many years of experience and so focused on customer service and high quality of work. We’re so glad we went with Miele Electric (largely predicated on his prior customer reviews and his practical down to earth explanation of work during the quote process). Thanks so much, Carl!”
