Easily the rudest medical office I’ve ever been to. My PCP of 10 years transferred to a new practice, and I was referred to this office at 777 Echo Lake Rd., Watertown. They are under the same agency, Alliance Medical. I walked up to the front desk the day of my intake appointment, and the friendly receptionist asked me for my ID and insurance card. I told her that I did not have it with me. Without any hesitation, the office manager who was sitting about 10 feet away boldly said “reschedule him“. If I could leave no stars I would. EVERY single time I have been here they are at least an hour late. Just had an appointment today at 11:45 am. Showed up at 11:30. As of 12:20, heard the dr walk in to the patient NEXT DOOR TO ME!!! Waited over an hour with an appointmet and this is NOT the first time

I've wanted to write this for a long time. I was going to let it be, but I recieved a phone call today that just blew my mind.I saw Dr. Lebowitz for nearly 10 years, and in that time, he - at best - provided an exceptionally poor level of care. For the first 5 years, I was in good health and barely needed to see him. The first (and only) physical he ever gave me, which I needed for work, consisted only of basic vitals, eye/ear check, and knee reflexes before he tried to send me on my way. I then asked for him to run basic bloodwork (which he argued was unnecessary because I was "young", 25, and only needed it every 5 years).
