I started getting weekly lymphatic drainage massages for the month leading up to my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the entire prep process. One of the biggest benefits I noticed was a significant reduction in water retention. That “puffy” feeling I’d normally get during stressful weeks practically disappeared. Beyond the physical results, these massages became a reset button during a hectic time. I can’t recommend Kris’s lymphatic drainage massages enough and will definitely keep these a part of my self care rotation moving forward ❤️

Kristine is not only a very talented massage therapist . Her space is very welcoming and serene. She goes above and beyond for her clients and understands the body and innately knows how to guide people to allow them to release the stress spots in their body.
