I called Mercury /Hop Energy on 5/10/24, to inquire about an oil contract for the winter. I was able to talk with Jennifer. I did see details on the email sent to me but I had several questions. I have been a customer for several years and my parents also for many years. The information I received had me asking many questions and explanations. Jennifer was pleasant and very , very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in simple terms. She reviewed what contract I have been using and also looked at how much oil I ordered last year and what I really used. I was able to order less and decrease my program fee.
