“This past summer I had waterproof vinyl plank flooring and new stair carpeting installed in my basement family room. I chose Lowe's in Leominster because they use East Coast Flooring for the installation work. East Coast Flooring had high marks for their installation work from the staff at Lowe's in Leominster and had great reviews as well. The stair carpeting install was well done by the great team of Diego and Luis. The vinyl plank flooring install was done by another team and had a couple of unexpected issues. When I received a text from the President of East Coast Flooring, John Searles, thanking me for my business, I reached out to John about the issues with the install and he immediately put me in touch with his Vice President, Dan Bush. Dan got right on it and sent really great teams to take care of these issues. I am very pleased with the final result of the vinyl plank flooring and stair carpeting installs.
