I’ve been going to Wallingford Eye Care for almost 45 years. My experience has been 100% positive. The staff is always courteous and the doctors are very thorough and professional. Whatever the issue might be, they have always been accommodating and have shown genuine concern to make sure my vision was as good as it could possibly be. I highly recommend them if you are looking to establish a relationship for great eye care for you and your family.
Last week I called the Wallingford Eye Care center because I was worried that I may have a detached retina. They set up an appointment for me right away. As you can imagine, I was very anxious. The person who helped me was Anne.(or Anna- my apologies for not remembering exactly as I said, I was a bit anxious). Anne had the most soothing, calm approach with me. She walked me through each step of the eye tests that she preformed. She acknowledged my anxiety and was very empathetic and reassuring. I then met with the Doctor who again walked me through each step and explained what she found in my eye examination. Again, very reassuring and calm. I did indeed have a problem... read full review
