1st visit 2 years ago had a knee issue, no fracture, disclosed broken knee 5 years prior. Almost refused to take me as a walk in for an unrelated issue and wanted me to go to prior who saw for broken knee… who I can’t even tell you who it was Fast forward this week. New fracture different extremity. Given advice, called with questions later that day and got no call back. Tried again next day no call back. Called second day with a more stern voicemail, got an immediate call back with an attitude. For a really simple question. Ortho mill I suppose. Won’t go back. And will refuse any further referrals. Very poor care. I would never trust this office. Dr has 15 minutes and anything not completed does NOT get done. Times up, ho away, just left to suffer horribly. NO OTHER office will take their referrals. Nasty office staff.

I’ve been unfortunate enough to have medical issues with several of my joints. Fortunately, l have access to some of the best orthopedic doctors in the State of Connecticut. Doctors Charette, Driscoll, and Ferguson have assessed my needs and prescribed effective treatments to meet them. Equally important is their willingness to explain options available to them and why the one they decided upon was the best for me at that particular time. I’m sure that the other doctors in the group are equally knowledgeable and skilled just as their supportive staff of PAs, and Radiology Techs, to name just two, have proven to be.
