Go anywhere but here, the aids are very caring and kind ,the nurses on the other hand treat family members horrible ,like we,re so stupid, I should have listened to other bad reviews
My mom has unfortunately wound up in the care of Massonicare. I have to say floor 5 ramage you guys are the best! Also, floor 2 staff is amazing compassionate to the residents. It's nice to see the residents up doing activities and not roting in bed being neglected like some facilities. This is the first nursing home I dealed with that provides good care and attention to the residents. I see the love and joy the CNAs put into their care for the residents. I put all my trust into them caring for my mom with Alzheimer's disease and I like what I see. When I can't be there with my mom I know she is getting good care. I was referred for PT/OT upon my discharge from the hospital. Six weeks later, they still have not set up my home care. I have called countless times and for the most part I never even get a return call. I have had home care many times and have never experienced anything like this with any home care company. This is inexcusable, unacceptable,and frankly UNSAFE.
