“I went to Luis at Alex’s to get my Franco link necklace shortened and a new bail put on my pendant, and he did an amazing job and turned it around very fast. I had gone to a couple other jewelers and was told they couldn’t shorten my chain because of the link style, and they quoted 2 weeks to replace the pendant bail. Luis had it done by the following day and it looks absolutely amazing. He pulled up the computer to show me what the new bail would look like and talked to me about some of the custom pieces he was working on. Awesome guy, awesome quality, great experience all around and I will be back!“
