I went to Luis at Alex’s to get my Franco link necklace shortened and a new bail put on my pendant, and he did an amazing job and turned it around very fast. I had gone to a couple other jewelers and was told they couldn’t shorten my chain because of the link style, and they quoted 2 weeks to replace the pendant bail. Luis had it done by the following day and it looks absolutely amazing. He pulled up the computer to show me what the new bail would look like and talked to me about some of the custom pieces he was working on. Awesome guy, awesome quality, great experience all around and I will be back!

This place is a hidden gem! Luis made me a custom engagement ring and it came out amazing!! He included everything I wanted in it and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for all your jewelry needs. Thank you for the beautiful ring, we will definitely be back to have our wedding rings made as well!

Highly recommend for custom engagement ring. I had a specific style of ring in mind and they were able to make me exactly what I was looking for. My fiancé and I visited a few of the bigger chain stores but our experience here was the best by far. Reasonable prices, fast and friendly service. So grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem!
