“Where do I start. Took my truck to TA to get fixed mechanic looked at it said there's nothing they can do. Gives me Ballard's # to call. Monday afternoon on the 11th give them a call thinking the worst they are going to tell me they are backed up and can't see me for a week. The young lady that answered the phone told me they can get me in Wednesday morning be there at 7:30. By 8:30 had my truck jacked up and pulling everything apart. By 10am start welding and piecing everything back together. By 4pm truck was ready and rolling down the road. The best part was it costed me $1200 less than what my front axel costed. Everyone in that shop was nice and personable. Made me feel comfortable about the work they were doing. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done on their semi.“
