My first time here. Had a massage done by Rosie who really took the time to listen and address my problem areas. Was treated so warmly here by all the women I met. It was a no-brainer for me to book future appointments – not to mention the very reasonable prices and abundance of services they have.
I had an amazing facial today at Body & Soul Day Spa with Linda. I’ve been getting facials for over 20 years, and this was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Linda has such wonderful, calming energy and clearly takes pride in her work. My skin feels incredible and I left feeling completely relaxed.
The spa has a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere, and the location is perfect—easy to get to with a great coffee shop right next door. It made for the perfect self-care morning. I highly recommend Linda and will absolutely be back!

Brandalynn is amazing, she takes time to listen and make you feel heard, while providing really insightful feedback/solutions. She gives great deep tissue massages and has a real connection with the body, a true master of the craft. Highly recommend!
