This year I renewed my weekly cleaning contract for 2024 specifying opening, closing, and cleaning dates. Michaela, service manager, helped me complete the contract via DocuSign. She also provided me with the list of cleaning dates that I had specified. She provided great customer service.

I cannot rave enough about the amazing communication, awesome customer service, and wonderful team that julianos has! We haven’t been able to swim in our pool as it just got put in, but they were timely, organized, and family oriented with every step of the project and every employee was kind and helpful! We highly recommend!

Juliano's has been a pleasure to work with! They have worked very professionally to salvage our pool, which was terribly mismanaged by the buyers of a company in Torrington we used for many years. Juliano's has been very responsive, honest with their advice, and reliable! Glad we found them!

Brian’s belief is to build the best pool possible. This will insure trouble-free use, increase the property value and turn every backyard into a permanent vacation getaway. Brian has learned the swimming pool business from the “ground floor” up. He gained valuable experience working on a multitude of pool projects while attending Providence College. On days without class, Brian remembers leaving school at 4:00am to travel back to Connecticut to work on pools. In fact, he paid for his entire college tuition and expenses installing and servicing pools.
