I wanted to take a moment to recognize John H for the outstanding job he did opening my pool today. He is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive service professionals I’ve had from Juliano’s. John was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and proactive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his ability to clearly explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which I really appreciated. He handled the entire pool opening seamlessly—removing and neatly folding the cover, assembling and starting the system testing the heat pump, adding the necessary chemicals, and pressure testing all lines to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. He also took the initiative to identify and self-correct issues that had not been properly handled previously, which speaks volumes about his attention to detail and ownership. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with great communication and initiative. John truly went above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized. Exceptional service all around.
