Should be 0 stars. Waited over 1 1/4 hours to speak to someone before I gave up. It has been a week and a half so far trying to get a prescription renewed. Caregivers are great whenever I have been in the office, but almost impossible to contact.

Pro health has been declining rapidly, why have a primary physician when you can't get in to see them when there's a problem, had to see aprn, didn't have a clue, had to look things up on their phone, asked me how my diabetes numbers were, I DONT HAVE DIABETES, long story short, STAY AWAY !!!

It’s nearly impossible to contact them by phone so today 2/15/24 I’ve was on hold for 28 minutes . Finally they answered I had to explain the situation 3 times. Put back on hold for another 10 minutes finally the call was taken by a nurse who was nice but couldn’t answer the question. She said she would give the Dr a note and they would call my husband back today. I think he needs to find another practice Ever since Dr Lomibao retired service, professionalism has suffered patients are now numbers instead of people. Drs Don’t stick around long enough to get to know their patients. It probably would have been quicker to drive to the office to ask the question....read full review
