We had an issue with an unstable tenant making multiple bogus calls and causing damage to our utilities. Thomaston showed up and was very understanding towards our situation. They dealt very professionally towards the unstable tenant and didn't charge us for the unnecessary call. We were completely floored with the generosity and understanding they showed us.
