We’ve had a great experience with Four Seasons Chimney & Roofing so far. From the first phone call to preparing for installation, the process has been seamless. The employees are friendly and easy to work with. We ordered a Hearth Stone soapstone wood-burning stove as well as an electric stove, and Garrett was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and spent a lot of time answering our questions and helping us find the right fit for our home and our needs. Excellent service on year 2 of chimney sweep and maintenance
I had a very positive experience with Four Seasons and would highly recommend them. Garrett, the owner, was wonderful to work with and took a great deal of time to explain things to me throughout the process.
They did an excellent job on both my roof and chimney. Communication was great from start to finish. They always let me know when they were coming, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work as promised. I also really appreciated their honesty and transparency around pricing and materials.
There were a few small issues that needed to be reviewed after the work was completed, and Garrett came out personally to go over them with me and made sure everything was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction.
Overall, I found Four Seasons to be professional, ethical, reliable, and easy to work with. Their pricing was reasonable and straightforward, and I felt I could trust what I was being told. I’m very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.
