Background: We have an old house that has had different plumbing installations and repairs over the years. We needed a company to assess our problems and work with us to come up with a plan that met our needs and budget. I knew we needed replacement of our toilet, flange and connecting drain lines going to the foundation. We have water stains on our main floor ceiling (there’s a bathroom directly above this area) - one from the toilet and the other from the shower. The guys came in and assessed the issue within minutes, replaced the supply valve, gasket, and toilet. Then they figured out the issue with the shower and replaced the faucet, valve, and shower knob. They cleaned up well when they were done.
