“This review is long overdue! A couple weeks ago in the heat wave our system, installed by Barry in 2006, seemed not to be cooling well. In short I called the office , knowing he must be swamped, to get in line. Literally with in 45 min. I was called and told Barry would be in Litchfield soon. We were not home but were able to let him in remotely and in 20 min.he had us recharged and cooling. But the main reason this is overdue is small issues have occurred over the 19 years since he installed our system and every time Barry has arrived the same day to service his customer! Thanks Barry!!“

“I d like to share my positive experience with Minuteman Plumbing. When I called to inquire about service for my home, Annesa couldn’t have been more friendly annd understanding my request. She scheduled an appointment for an estimator see the job. David came out to the house on time and he quickly evaluated the job and I received an email quote detailing what they were going to do. Once I approved the quote I got on the schedule and within a few days Alex came (on time) out do the work. Alex is experienced and I watched him I few times throughout the job. I could tell he takes great pride in his work and did an excellent job. My wife was impressed with both David and Alex for putting on disposable boot covers to protector our floors (each and every time they came in/out). Minuteman’s pricing was fair and I could be happier with them, and I think you will too.“
