“Rosa Home Improvement installed two storm doors for us. Paul Rosa, the owner, came to the house, measured for the doors, then sat down with my one, and only with a brochure. She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. Paul came back a couple days later to have a look, and did a little tweaking himself. Great work, great product, reasonable price.“

“I went through the process of calling, scheduling, and interviewing approximately six roofing companies for the replacement of my old and deteriorating roof. M&J was one of them. Nick was on time and did his own inspection including getting up on the roof (several of the companies did a visual inspection from the ground level). He then took me for a walk around (ground level) and pointed out several areas of concern and proposed solutions that made sense. We then met and he professionally and directly explained the process, product and what to expect for the final look. I did hire M& J Roofing. Nick and/or his father Louis, were on the job site at all times jumping in when needed while always supervising a dedicated and hard-working crew. Nick and Louis were courteous, polite and treated my home with the respect and care like it was their own. I saw Terry’s sign and wrote down the number and called him. Much to my surprise, he called me back and came within the time frame he said he would to fix my little job. I told him I would not forget him when it came time to do my entire roof.Timing is everything.......... Terry had a post on his ******** page about his many years in business which we know to be the best in roofing! As it turned out, we just had Terry replace the roof over an addition we had added in the early 1990’s yesterday and we had time as he replaced the roof and skylight on the addition to catch up on how we first met. It was his sign on the lawn at his house on ****** Avenue that I saw and how I contacted him. That was back in the 90's and I called every roofer I could find and he was the only one that would help us out with a very small job. He was there for us and I remember telling him when the main house needed a roof I'd be calling. It turned out that the main part of the house did need a roof in 2007 and of course his was the best price and the service was the best! So here we are again with the addition that now needed replacing and of course we just called Terry. By now, we know better! Now we have another new roof and a skylight replaced and we are still not only pleased with the quality and workmanship (as always) but the pricing couldn't be better. We wish him many more years in business and he can count on us for any recommendations because we know it to be true over all these years. The roof on the main house in 2007 looks as good as new.We are more than pleased to give him the highest recommendation! This recommendation was not solicited by Terry, we truly feel that this young man is deserving of any job he bids on.“
