Full roof Ice & water shield, CertainTeed 50 year Landmark PRO shingles, copper chimney flashing and Leaf Terminator gutter protection. Casanova Remodeling is a well oiled machine. Dumpster and materials delivered on Friday. Roof replacement Monday and Leaf Terminator install Tuesday. The team was excellent and complete clean-up. I'm very happy that I chose Casanova for roof replacement and gutter protection.“

“Our roofer, Aron, was such a big part of getting our roof replaced.
The insurance company drug their feet. They sent one inspector that said the roof was fine and didn’t need replacing or repairs. Aron had sent them photos of all the damage, I guess they just ignored the photos.
We almost gave up? But Aron was patient and kept working with the insurance people. He got them to send a different inspector to look at the roof. The second insurance inspector agreed with Aron? The roof needed to be replaced.
Aron was so patient and hung in there with us, he was a blessing from God.
When the insurance finally said ok. Aron was able to get the roof replace in less than a week!!!

“Adam Maynard gave me a quote for a tricky repair of a roof attached to a chimney of our workshop that was wrecked by a fallen tree after a storm. I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. “We moved into our home and realized that water was accumulating in certain spots of our back yard after heavy rain. We contacted Mike from Home Solutions. He came up with a plan using French drains. The cost was very reasonable. The workmanship was excellent! When we got a heavy rain the areas where the water was accumulating were dry. We decided to put another 40 feet of French drain in our back yard. Mike came up and did this for us - again great workmanship. Mike did not want to charge us but we insisted.
