We had such a great experience working with Duncklee on implementing a new HVAC system in our home. The flow of communication was phenomenal. I called 3 different companies to get a quote and information and spoke with able to speak with someone immediately at Duncklee with quick information and guidance on how we could move forward. Important to note, I left messages with the other two companies and only one returned my call. We worked together with a steady flow of information and decided on the best unit for our needs. Bought a house with a mini split. Discovered it was super gross inside. Called Duncklee for help. They were very courteous and professional and took the time to listen to what I had to say. Very important step in building a new customer relationship! They got me on the schedule and confirmed the appointment the day prior. The Technician was prompt and respectful. He worked thoroughly and efficiently while being friendly and answering pop up questions. My mini split problem was solved and the expirence was positive. I will be a repeat customer!!
