I have to say that Jim Lathrop is a great guy, he is definitely a man of his word. He helped me get through the crises that I was having with my furnace. The best solution was to replace it
As mine was very old... His technicians John and Justin did an awesome job on the new install. They went above and beyond . They worked very hard and got me ready for winter..I can't say enough good about them all.. Thank you guys. If you need a furnace company I highly recommend them.. Sincerely Ernie Richard
Jim and his team are a cut above. We had major issues with our mini splits at our Airbnb property in Mystic. They quickly worked to solve the problem - even working during off hours. 5 stars for customer service, communication, and know how. Thanks Jim and team.
A huge THANK YOU to the entire team at Best Energy Including Jim Lathrop (owner), John (installer/wizard) And Frank (assistant).
When our boiler failed during the worst cold snap of this winter, you didn’t just show up — you truly went above and beyond.
In freezing temperatures and brutal conditions, your crew carefully planned and expertly installed a new heating system to get our home warm and safe again. You worked with incredible skill, professionalism, and care, even when the weather made everything much harder.
Because of your dedication and hard work, we stayed warm and comfortable when it mattered most. We can’t thank you enough for your outstanding service… read full review
