The two receptionists answering the phones are the most unprofessional and rude for no reason. I was calling to confirm my upcoming appointment and its cost. For those looking for a new eye doctor, don’t come here!

This office has the worst front desk ever. Every time I went in the front desk receptionist would just keep staring with a nasty looking attitude. I wanted to be a new patient and this old lady at the front goes you’re not cover under bcbs without even checking. The front desk will not stop staring I repeat. Such bizarre passive behavior.

Terrible experience, this office is full of liars don’t waste your time here. They swore they gave me good quality frames and lenses, charged me $800 and those frames broke almost immediately after, they refused to help me fix it, after multiple times having to fix these frames and low quality lenses that smudge CONSTANTLY, I decided to finally go to a new office, when I called them to ask nicely for them to send me my prescription, aka my OWN medical records, they refused. After calling multiple times they finally said they would mail me my prescription but they made sure to say that the dr won’t sign off on it (for reasons that are still unclear) so that I am unable to use my prescription anywhere other than their office. Unethical and unprofessional office, astounded they are still open. You do not want to go here, trust me.
Don’t listen to the lies these scam artists tell you.
Another office happily gave me new frames and lens at the same prescription no problem, way better quality AND cheaper.
I wish I never gave this office a chance. Steer clear and stay away from these scum bags.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! What a SCAM. I’ve never seen a Dr office be this hard to deal with. Paid over $800 for glasses that keep breaking over and over, cheap quality lenses and frames, we asked if they can fix it they refused , we asked them to send over the prescription to us so we can go to another office that can hopefully help us, they refused to email us the prescription of my husbands own medical records, then finally convinced them to mail it to us and they said the dr won’t sign off on it so even if they mail it to us we won’t be able to take it to any other Drs office to get new frames and won’t be able to use it. Basically these are scam artists that don’t care about their customers at all, over charge, and are not accommodating in any way. Also not sure about legality of withholding medical records or not “signing off” so that we are forced to pay for yet another exam somewhere else instead of just using his prescription he already has. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Went in today 12/23/2023 for an appointment and was greeted by nothing but disgusting attitude from the front desk. I Left and won’t ever be returning. Too bad i had to even give them 1 star. Not everyone should work with people.
