Instead of scheduling an immediate visit, he generously spent time on the phone walking me through what might be wrong and how to troubleshoot it, all without charging me or needing to come out. His advice worked, and I was able to repair it myself! I was really impressed by his honesty, patience, and willingness to help. We’ll absolutely be using him for any future electrical projects.
