I recently hosted a surprise birthday party for my mom at the Italian Center and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I started planning, Amalia and Chris were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the event special. Amalia even helped me come up with simple yet elegant decorating ideas that matched exactly what I had envisioned; and Chris even helped me fix the cake after I accidentally put a little dent in it while decorating the table.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s Quinceañera and it was more than we expected, the service, the food was excellent. Chris the banquet manager was incredible
always there to help answering every question keeping things organized and making it all stress free.
Eric their chef delivered food that was fresh beautifully presented and most importantly delicious.
The whole staff was on point. Kelly the head of the days waitstaff anticipated all our needs and handled the room with absolute professionalism. Chris the bartender kept drinks flowing and was warm and friendly.
