I would give it negative stars if I could. My former psychiatrist was retiring and I was looking for a new one who I could see in-office. Found one in Stratford via Optimus. Before I could see her, she left. They assigned me to another one who was not near me who wouldn't do in-office visits and then she called me at work when I hadn't made an appointment. They then had the nerve to send me a bill. This place is a joke,

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Cintia is the sweetest receptionist. I can only say good things about it!

This company is set up purely to milk the government medical system, funny I never had a problem when I had state insurance now that I have company insurance through my job I can't get anybody to answer the phone and CVS has been trying for 3 weeks to refill a prescription this happens every month Good luck try and get them on the phone

With out Dr Gram's help and Dora Bush ,I would be in a mental institution. Thank you both. Although I still need there help and advice to see me through many different times. I still need there help and support to me me in very difficult times, that are still needed. Without these two very profrand understanding my difficulty dealing with my emotions and overall mental state.

Terrible service. They are rude, don't care how long you wait, ask for an appointment now you won't get one until next year.
