I had a water damage situation in my condominium in Stamford, Ct. in late 2023. Jimmy was able to discover the source of the leaks, where General Contractors and another plumber misdiagnose the source of the water.
Their business like the one I am in runs on referrals.
I texted them this morning that I needed a new hot water tank and in 2 hours with no mess, the project was complete and a very fair price.
They have employees too that they can send, but it was refreshing to see a father and son side by side, working together, problem solving and caring about me and my home.

I recently called Jim because my hot water tank was leaking and I was in a time crunch because we were shortly leaving for vacation. Jim showed up that morning and the next day his team was there bright and early to install the new tank. Now, I have to say, looking at their work, this is the most professional job of a hot water tank I have ever seen. Neat, clean, added items I didn’t have before but should have. Jim and his team went over and beyond. Will continue to use.

I live in a rental property and the water heater wasn't working. Jim not only came immediately to check the issue, he also squeezed me in his packed schedule and replaced the heater the very same day. Jim and his son Jimmy's professionalism, care, knowledge and precision is commendable. I highly recommend them!
