Destroyed brand new pair of Ralph Lauren flats for my daughter-over a $100.00 pair of shoe. They were a little big asked about an insert. He must have used glue and then pulled out because it was not right.The whole inside of especially right shoe destroyed-peeling off. The worst part is he covered this up when were picked up. My daughter wore for a 1/2 hour concert came home complaining shoes were so uncomfortable and all this black stuff peeling off- like tar. All on her tights, the new insert and all over insides of shoe-left more than right. He actually also charged me for the repair. Not honest - bad business practice.????

They did a great job resorting two pairs of leather boots that my dog had eaten the heels on. Ready within a day and decently priced for the work and quality, only con is that they are a cash only business.
