I called this company 5 times and left several messages and no one calls back. What's the sense of having a business or answering machine telling you to leave a message if you have no plans on calling the customer back? I can only imagine you leaving your items with them and want to check in you won't be able to talk to anyone. Very unprofessional!

Extremely rude on the phone. I began to explain a project and they very quickly cut me off to tell me they wouldn’t be able to help me. I then asked for some insight on what the complicating factor was so that I can better navigate my restoration and he repeated that he couldn’t help me and hung up. Very surprising experience from a company who is supposed to be experts in the field

We had shiny solid brass cabinet pulls in our kitchen refinished by Greenwich Metal Finishing after the original finish wore through and the pulls began to tarnish. The new finish is nicer -- brighter and thicker -- than the original, and much more durable. 6 months after getting them done, they are all still perfect and have already outperformed the original finish. Alex was very straightforward and helpful. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing metal finishing.
