I rented 5 tablecloths and black polyester drapes from this vendor. I confirmed by text that I only needed 5, and the invoice reflected that. However, when I arrived to pick up the order the day before my event, she did not have the correct black drapes. Instead, she apologized for the late notice and gave me sheer drapes, plus extras for coverage.

When I returned the items, she accused me of taking 6, even though I only paid for 5 and had no reason to take more than I ordered. Despite this, she withheld part of my $50 security deposit and only returned $21.
