F45 Training Stamford Harbor Point

Went for the first time last week. Took a Monday night class. I think the "coach" was Ashley. I'm sad this was my first experience because I was really looking to get help with my form. But the coach was too busy only "coaching" her favorites or friends. But she really is more of an annoying cheerleader. She did not come up to me once. The other coach who was not on a mic was really nice. And she corrected me with one exercise. I was just rather surprised and disappointed the lack of professionalism by the main coach as I would of expected her to be more interactive. Great place and great workout. Just look at the schedule and stay away from Ashley D.

Just finished my first F45 workout and I feel great! Time flew by with the multiple changes in exercises and the bumpin playlist. Anna B was an amazing coach- super motivating, energetic, and also corrected my form- which not all group exercise coaches do. Def would recommend trying one of her classes!

You guys are the best! My husband and I have been to 5 other F45s in other areas of the country, and this one is hands down our favorite. The coaches are so supportive and attentive to details when it comes to doing exercises correctly and correcting form. We've seen some of this in other F45s but not to the same extent as we do in our home gym. Thanks for regularly kicking our butts!This is also the only exercise routine my husband and I have ever been able to consistently do together and both feel like we're getting everything we need; we're about 9 months in now and are always so glad we came when class is over.
