I travel a lot for work so I’ve been to studios in CA, FL, TX, NY, MA and even others in CT like Fairfield. The quality of trainer at the Stamford location is infinitely, genuinely better than other studios. I started these classes in Stamford and assumed it was just how F45 was, but there has yet to be another location that remotely compares.
To me, F45 Stamford is how F45 is meant to be….the only downside is that you may be disappointed if you go to another location.
Great gym with great trainers! I came here for my first ever F45 class and was blown away by how friendly the trainer and other members of staff were, getting to know me and my history before I got started. I've tried a few different classes here so far and whilst the cardio ones are my favourites, I really enjoy the variety that's on offer, alongside the way the workout styles change regularly. Would reommend to anyone looking for fun and efficient workouts!
