Dr. Christine Naungayan - Total Wellness Center

I LOVE Dr Naungayan but her office staff not so much. You will literally have to harass them for them to respond to calls or emails. They will bill you OOP without notice after telling you your insurance is accepted. She’s a great doctor and I was with her for years but once her old clinical operations manager left, it all went downhill.

The lack of concern for a patient's needs that I have experienced over the past 48 hours while trying to get in touch with this provider is absolutely appalling. In a simple effort to get my prescription refilled, I have waited 2 days and will now have to go through the weekend as well. I highly recommend if you want adequate care to NOT seek out treatment at Total Wellness Center.
